Narrative:

At FL270 10 NM southwest of ZZZ; the cabin altitude horn alerted us to an excessive cabin altitude. Immediate action items were performed and the QRH procedures were complied with. A descent was initiated to 10000 ft and the flight continued to ZZZ1. Maintenance was notified and a notation was made in the logbook.
