Narrative:
I have done this flight numerous times without incident. I doublechked; no tfr or restr areas. In going around buildups; I possibly violated the coastal defense line. However; any mistake by me does not justify a midair collision over the city of daytona beach!

Title: WHILE DEVIATING AROUND BUILDUPS; PLT OF HIGH PERFORMANCE HOMEBUILT SUFFERS NMAC WITH MILITARY LTT. MAY HAVE BEEN OUTSIDE OF COASTAL ADIZ WHEN THE EVENT OCCURRED.
Narrative: I HAVE DONE THIS FLT NUMEROUS TIMES WITHOUT INCIDENT. I DOUBLECHKED; NO TFR OR RESTR AREAS. IN GOING AROUND BUILDUPS; I POSSIBLY VIOLATED THE COASTAL DEFENSE LINE. HOWEVER; ANY MISTAKE BY ME DOES NOT JUSTIFY A MIDAIR COLLISION OVER THE CITY OF DAYTONA BEACH!
