Narrative:

After takeoff; my stomach was cramping. I had eaten earlier in the day and consumed a couple cups of coffee. Breakfast came from under the heat lights and 2 days prior I had taken the family camping and drank unfiltered water. All of which are possible causes for my pain. After visiting the bathroom in-flight; I felt immediate relief. 1 hour went by and I felt normal; besides constant burping. Over mci with no notice; I had intense vomiting. Once the attack was over; I felt once again immediate relief. My first officer and I discussed the incident and he took over the flying. In the descent to ZZZ; I had another vomit attack. We continued to ZZZ; landed without incident. The flight attendants knew of my illness and my first officer performed an amazing job. Not sure if it was the hotel's breakfast or my outdoor adventures.
