Narrative:

Before departing for uva from ZZZ I checked WX and NOTAMS. En route I received VFR flight following from houston center. I observed no NOTAM that uva was closed at any point during the day for glider operations nor was any warning/advisory relayed by houston center. However; several days after landing at uva; I was advised that a NOTAM is presently in effect and may have been so on the day of my flight. I used two separate sources to check both WX and NOTAMS and no such closure/restr at uva was observed.
