Narrative:

Departed ZZZ late as our arrival was late. During taxi to runway we experienced a master warning flasher with triple chime and a brake ovht warning. We looked at the brake temperature indicator and noticed that the right inner brake was at 20 and red. Just as soon as we looked; it dropped back down to 2 and green; then back up to 17 and red and then back down again. It kept doing this repeatedly along with the triple chime and master warning each time. After doing the emergency checklist; we started taxiing back to the gate. We were pretty sure that this was an indication problem; but as a precaution; we stopped outside the fire station on the way back to the gate using just the left brake so arff could look at it and confirm no fire. They said it looked fine and followed us back to the gate at which point we parked and arff confirmed no overheat apparent which is the way it appeared to me as well. We called maintenance control and wrote up the condition. This process was very lengthy as outstation maintenance was not available right away. At two different points; it was suggested that the condition be deferred; but I told them that we could not accept it if we were to continuously get the master warning and triple chime. Finally; outstation maintenance arrived and checked all the canon plugs and sprayed the connectors or something like that. The mechanic said he had seen this before several times and that this should take care of it. At this point; we started up and did a normal taxi down to the runway run-up pad and back with no duplication of the problem. The write up was signed off as fixed. The departure and flight back to ZZZ1 was uneventful. However; this is important history. After arriving from ZZZ uneventfully after our brake ovht false indication; our schedule was changed to a ZZZ2 overnight instead of ZZZ4. It was also a quick turn to ZZZ2. We boarded up and taxied out to runway in ZZZ1 and just as we started our takeoff roll; we got the master warning and a triple chime along with a brake ovht. This was a low speed abort as we had just set the power. We exited the runway and as we had experienced earlier in the day; we looked at the btms and noticed the right inner brake temperature indication fluctuating wildly between 20 and 2. This time though; the brake ovht warning stayed lit as the temperature would fluctuate. With prior knowledge of the problem with the same aircraft on the same day; we taxied back to the gate and wrote it up again. The passenger were deplaned and I did the walk-around and once again did not notice any increased temperature of the right inner brake. Maintenance came out and looked at it and said something about deferring the indication and I once again explained my concern of repeated warnings. After a period of time; the flight was cancelled and we were sent home for the night. Maintenance said to leave the power on the aircraft and just as we were leaving the aircraft the master warning and triple chime began repeating false warnings again.supplemental information from acn 796814: this was event one of three. On taxi out from ZZZ to ZZZ1 we got a triple chime; red warning light; and 'brakes' aural warning. We ran the steps that applied in the pom checklist and returned to the gate. During taxi in; the airport fire and rescue came; examined the brakes; and said there was no incident. After deplaning; the mechanic signed off the discrepancy and we returned to ZZZ1. Our next leg was ZZZ1 to ZZZ2; again in the same aircraft. During the initial run-up on the takeoff roll we again had the same 'brakes' warning sound and we aborted take off prior to reaching 80 KTS. We returned to the gate again to deplane. The flight was canceled. The next day the crew deadheaded to ZZZ2 to fly to ZZZ3. Our previous aircraft was flown in to ZZZ2 by another crew. When we met them at the gate; the same thing had happened to them. After a few hours trying to get the discrepancy cleared we took off from ZZZ2 without incident. During taxi to the gate in ZZZ3 again the brake warning went off.

Title: FLT CREW RPTS THREE EVENTS OF BTMS MASTER WARNING FLASHING WITH TRIPLE CHIME AND BRAKE OVERHEAT WARNING OF R INNER BRAKE ON SAME BOMBARDIER CL600-2D24 (CRJ-900). THIS INCLUDED TWO RETURNS TO GATE; ONE ABORTED TKOF AND FLT CANCELLATION.

Narrative: DEPARTED ZZZ LATE AS OUR ARR WAS LATE. DURING TAXI TO RWY WE EXPERIENCED A MASTER WARNING FLASHER WITH TRIPLE CHIME AND A BRAKE OVHT WARNING. WE LOOKED AT THE BRAKE TEMP INDICATOR AND NOTICED THAT THE R INNER BRAKE WAS AT 20 AND RED. AFTER DOING THE EMER CHKLIST; WE STARTED TAXIING BACK TO THE GATE. WE WERE PRETTY SURE THAT THIS WAS AN INDICATION PROBLEM; BUT AS A PRECAUTION; WE STOPPED OUTSIDE THE FIRE STATION ON THE WAY BACK TO THE GATE USING JUST THE L BRAKE SO ARFF COULD LOOK AT IT AND CONFIRM NO FIRE. THEY SAID IT LOOKED FINE AND FOLLOWED US BACK TO THE GATE AT WHICH POINT WE PARKED AND ARFF CONFIRMED NO OVERHEAT APPARENT WHICH IS THE WAY IT APPEARED TO ME AS WELL. WE CALLED MAINT CTL AND WROTE UP THE CONDITION. THIS PROCESS WAS VERY LENGTHY AS OUTSTATION MAINT WAS NOT AVAILABLE RIGHT AWAY. AT TWO DIFFERENT POINTS; IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT THE CONDITION BE DEFERRED; BUT I TOLD THEM THAT WE COULD NOT ACCEPT IT IF WE WERE TO CONTINUOUSLY GET THE MASTER WARNING AND TRIPLE CHIME. FINALLY; OUTSTATION MAINT ARRIVED AND CHKED ALL THE CANON PLUGS AND SPRAYED THE CONNECTORS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. THE MECHANIC SAID HE HAD SEEN THIS BEFORE SEVERAL TIMES AND THAT THIS SHOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. AT THIS POINT; WE STARTED UP AND DID A NORMAL TAXI DOWN TO THE RWY RUN-UP PAD AND BACK WITH NO DUPLICATION OF THE PROBLEM. THE WRITE UP WAS SIGNED OFF AS FIXED. THE DEP AND FLT BACK TO ZZZ1 WAS UNEVENTFUL. WE BOARDED UP AND TAXIED OUT TO RWY IN ZZZ1 AND JUST AS WE STARTED OUR TAKEOFF ROLL; WE GOT THE MASTER WARNING AND A TRIPLE CHIME ALONG WITH A BRAKE OVHT. THIS WAS A LOW SPEED ABORT AS WE HAD JUST SET THE POWER. WE EXITED THE RWY AND AS WE HAD EXPERIENCED EARLIER IN THE DAY; WE LOOKED AT THE BTMS AND NOTICED THE R INNER BRAKE TEMP INDICATION FLUCTUATING WILDLY BETWEEN 20 AND 2. THIS TIME THOUGH; THE BRAKE OVHT WARNING STAYED LIT AS THE TEMP WOULD FLUCTUATE. WITH PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF THE PROBLEM WITH THE SAME ACFT ON THE SAME DAY; WE TAXIED BACK TO THE GATE AND WROTE IT UP AGAIN. THE PAX WERE DEPLANED AND I DID THE WALK-AROUND AND ONCE AGAIN DID NOT NOTICE ANY INCREASED TEMPERATURE OF THE R INNER BRAKE. MAINT CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT IT AND SAID SOMETHING ABOUT DEFERRING THE INDICATION AND I ONCE AGAIN EXPLAINED MY CONCERN OF REPEATED WARNINGS. AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME; THE FLT WAS CANCELLED AND WE WERE SENT HOME FOR THE NIGHT. MAINT SAID TO LEAVE THE POWER ON THE ACFT AND JUST AS WE WERE LEAVING THE ACFT THE MASTER WARNING AND TRIPLE CHIME BEGAN REPEATING FALSE WARNINGS AGAIN.SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 796814: THIS WAS EVENT ONE OF THREE. ON TAXI OUT FROM ZZZ TO ZZZ1 WE GOT A TRIPLE CHIME; RED WARNING LIGHT; AND 'BRAKES' AURAL WARNING. WE RAN THE STEPS THAT APPLIED IN THE POM CHKLIST AND RETURNED TO THE GATE. DURING TAXI IN; THE ARPT FIRE AND RESCUE CAME; EXAMINED THE BRAKES; AND SAID THERE WAS NO INCIDENT. AFTER DEPLANING; THE MECHANIC SIGNED OFF THE DISCREPANCY AND WE RETURNED TO ZZZ1. OUR NEXT LEG WAS ZZZ1 TO ZZZ2; AGAIN IN THE SAME ACFT. DURING THE INITIAL RUN-UP ON THE TAKEOFF ROLL WE AGAIN HAD THE SAME 'BRAKES' WARNING SOUND AND WE ABORTED TAKE OFF PRIOR TO REACHING 80 KTS. WE RETURNED TO THE GATE AGAIN TO DEPLANE. THE FLT WAS CANCELED. THE NEXT DAY THE CREW DEADHEADED TO ZZZ2 TO FLY TO ZZZ3. OUR PREVIOUS ACFT WAS FLOWN IN TO ZZZ2 BY ANOTHER CREW.
