Narrative:

I attended a meeting today held by mr X managing director of operations. Mr X started the meeting by indicating that the company was gong to start the discipline process on dispatchers who were not compliant with the company fuel policy. The company is using intimidation to substitute their judgement in place of mine. I am concerned that these actions could lead to a degradation in safety at our airlines. The desire to put dollars before sense is a dangerous one.
