Narrative:

Sometime in early may; I filed a report concerning confusion with a particular taxi clearance and txwys at lax. While the depiction of the txwys was correct on the chart; the clearance created confusion. It appears from the latest revision; and the new lax pages; that the remedy was to simply redraw the taxi chart so that the 2 txwys in question now line up. The new chart is in error and does not accurately reflect the location of txwys 'an' and 'microphone.' due to the angles of the respective txwys; I believe it is not possible to clear runway 25L on taxiway 'an' and then transition to taxiway M to cross runway 25R and stay within the boundaries that define taxiway 'AC;' taxiway C; and taxiway M. I was told earlier that tower should not be giving the clearance to join taxiway M; but they continue to do so. An issue that could cause greater confusion; and in my opinion creates a dangerous situation; is that the taxi routing in question is presented as a low visibility taxi route on an smgcs chart. Once again; the 2 txwys in question simply do not come even close to being aligned as the chart indicates.

Title: ACR PLT REPORTS THAT NEITHER THE COMMERCIAL OR GOVERNMENT ARPT PAGES FOR LAX SHOW THE ACTUAL ALIGNMENT OF TXWYS 'AN' AND 'M' AS THEY CROSS TXWY 'AC' BETWEEN THE SOUTH COMPLEX RWYS AT LAX.

Narrative: SOMETIME IN EARLY MAY; I FILED A RPT CONCERNING CONFUSION WITH A PARTICULAR TAXI CLRNC AND TXWYS AT LAX. WHILE THE DEPICTION OF THE TXWYS WAS CORRECT ON THE CHART; THE CLRNC CREATED CONFUSION. IT APPEARS FROM THE LATEST REVISION; AND THE NEW LAX PAGES; THAT THE REMEDY WAS TO SIMPLY REDRAW THE TAXI CHART SO THAT THE 2 TXWYS IN QUESTION NOW LINE UP. THE NEW CHART IS IN ERROR AND DOES NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT THE LOCATION OF TXWYS 'AN' AND 'MIKE.' DUE TO THE ANGLES OF THE RESPECTIVE TXWYS; I BELIEVE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CLR RWY 25L ON TXWY 'AN' AND THEN TRANSITION TO TXWY M TO CROSS RWY 25R AND STAY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES THAT DEFINE TXWY 'AC;' TXWY C; AND TXWY M. I WAS TOLD EARLIER THAT TWR SHOULD NOT BE GIVING THE CLRNC TO JOIN TXWY M; BUT THEY CONTINUE TO DO SO. AN ISSUE THAT COULD CAUSE GREATER CONFUSION; AND IN MY OPINION CREATES A DANGEROUS SITUATION; IS THAT THE TAXI ROUTING IN QUESTION IS PRESENTED AS A LOW VISIBILITY TAXI RTE ON AN SMGCS CHART. ONCE AGAIN; THE 2 TXWYS IN QUESTION SIMPLY DO NOT COME EVEN CLOSE TO BEING ALIGNED AS THE CHART INDICATES.
