Aircraft X was climbing northbound and penetrated stl tower airspace without a pointout from T75 TRACON to stl tower. This is a common and dangerous occurrence.

Narrative: ACFT X WAS CLBING NBOUND AND PENETRATED STL TWR AIRSPACE WITHOUT A POINTOUT FROM T75 TRACON TO STL TWR. THIS IS A COMMON AND DANGEROUS OCCURRENCE.
