Narrative:

After gear retraction we got an ECAM; anti-ice captain pitot first officer pitot standby pitot heat. After climbing to a safe altitude I began work on the ECAM procedure. It became readily apparent that all 3 pitot heat system were inoperative. We stayed clear of clouds and I contacted maintenance and dispatch. With the direction of maintenance and using my emergency authority/authorized; I reset multiple circuit breakers in an attempt to regain the system. All attempts failed; and we diverted to ZZZ where the WX was clear. An uneventful approach and landing were made.
