Narrative:
I was told that the right nose tire that we changed on aircraft X was found to not have the spacer. Nose axle nut locking feature old type. Supplemental information from acn 786755: with multiple configns this item should be an rii so that the inspection/verification is separate from the maintenance process.

Title: TWO MECHANICS ARE INFORMED THEY DID NOT REINSTALL THE RIGHT NOSE TIRE AXLE SPACER DURING THEIR TIRE CHANGE ON A B767-300ER ACFT.
Narrative: I WAS TOLD THAT THE R NOSE TIRE THAT WE CHANGED ON ACFT X WAS FOUND TO NOT HAVE THE SPACER. NOSE AXLE NUT LOCKING FEATURE OLD TYPE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 786755: WITH MULTIPLE CONFIGNS THIS ITEM SHOULD BE AN RII SO THAT THE INSPECTION/VERIFICATION IS SEPARATE FROM THE MAINT PROCESS.
