Narrative:

During the downwind phase of the flight; the throttle lever was reduced to configure for landing. Upon moving the lever; I noted no change in manifold pressure. I concluded the throttle linkage or other items were inoperative; therefore executed a normal landing with full engine power due to the stuck throttle. The mixture was brought to cutoff on final and a normal; non eventful landing was made.
