Taxi across runway 29 thence across closed and marked runway 30L to hold short of unmarked end of runway 30R. Conflicting construction markings at end of closed runway 30L and no clear instructions from tower. No accurate lighting at entrance to runways. Landing portion of runway 30R approximately 1/4 mi down runway of over 11000 ft. No traffic on approach. No issues except confusing and poorly marked abnormal construction markings and no accurate taxiway directions.
