Narrative:

Once again the ZFW technique for distribution of WX data (such as PIREPS; sigmets; airmets; center WX advisories; etc) failed in the frisco area. The supervisors in this area overlooked WX strips for approximately 25 mins before distributing the strips; as required by facility order. At XB24; the frisco high radar controller distributed three convective sigmets. These were received by the associate controller at XB22; but it took 2 mins to review the pile of sigmets and determine what had to be distributed. The following facts are clear from the time stamps on the strips: at XA57; two convective sigmets were printed at the dallas high strip printer. At XB10; two corrected convective sigmets were printed at the dallas high strip printer. At XB17; three convective sigmets were printed at the dallas high strip printer. Note that the two were not labeled 'cor' but did include the language of the XB10 printing for these sigmets. This means; once again; an unknown quantity of aircraft proceeded through a sector in the frisco area of ZFW for over 25 mins without receiving information on WX events that the FAA says is vital and a priority. The same is known to be true of the frisco low and ardmore low sectors; and is likely true for ardmore high and waco low sectors.

Title: ZFW CTLR VOICED CONCERN REGARDING THE FACILITY'S POOR DISTRIBUTION PROC OF WX INFO TO SECTOR CTLRS; CLAIMING FAILURE OF SUPVR OVERSIGHT.

Narrative: ONCE AGAIN THE ZFW TECHNIQUE FOR DISTRIBUTION OF WX DATA (SUCH AS PIREPS; SIGMETS; AIRMETS; CTR WX ADVISORIES; ETC) FAILED IN THE FRISCO AREA. THE SUPVRS IN THIS AREA OVERLOOKED WX STRIPS FOR APPROX 25 MINS BEFORE DISTRIBUTING THE STRIPS; AS REQUIRED BY FACILITY ORDER. AT XB24; THE FRISCO HIGH RADAR CTLR DISTRIBUTED THREE CONVECTIVE SIGMETS. THESE WERE RECEIVED BY THE ASSOCIATE CTLR AT XB22; BUT IT TOOK 2 MINS TO REVIEW THE PILE OF SIGMETS AND DETERMINE WHAT HAD TO BE DISTRIBUTED. THIS MEANS; ONCE AGAIN; AN UNKNOWN QUANTITY OF ACFT PROCEEDED THROUGH A SECTOR IN THE FRISCO AREA OF ZFW FOR OVER 25 MINS WITHOUT RECEIVING INFO ON WX EVENTS THAT THE FAA SAYS IS VITAL AND A PRIORITY. THE SAME IS KNOWN TO BE TRUE OF THE FRISCO LOW AND ARDMORE LOW SECTORS; AND IS LIKELY TRUE FOR ARDMORE HIGH AND WACO LOW SECTORS.
