Narrative:

We were loading the flight plan into the FMS that was downloaded to the aircraft. Only a partial flight plan was downloaded; as we looked over the flight plan we found that G471 to panlong (pilot) was not loaded. Pilot is not in the database or is not on any of our charts at this time. We entered pilot as a latitude/long and verified the information. As we were doing all of this no less than 6 people came into the flight deck for all types of useless reasons. Captain will you sign for the catering; captain will you sign for this and that. Wanting to check the fuel only took no less than 3 people coming into the flight deck at 3 different times. As a result of all of this distraction after we loaded the latitude/long for pilot we did not load the next 2 waypoints on the flight plan xebul and egeda; instead I closed the discontinuity lmg direct to pilot. This mistake was not found until we were in-flight and was told by the center to turn left to 090 degrees; and was asked where we were going. Center vectored us on course and we realized what we had done and added the 2 missing waypoints to the flight plan. I felt this could have been avoided if company would give us an office to do our preflight instead of having to do this in the aircraft. Not flight planning us on airways that are not on any chart or in the database. And please; please keep all of the ground personnel out of the flight deck. This is very distracting to the crews as they interrupt us all the time. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the pilot VOR has apparently replaced the kow VOR and is about 2 NM southwest of the old kow.

Title: FLT CREW IS INTERRUPTED NUMEROUS TIMES DURING PREFLIGHT AND OMITS TWO WAYPOINTS AFTER CONFUSION OVER LOCATION OF PLT WHICH IS NOT IN DATABASE OR ON COMMERCIAL CHART.

Narrative: WE WERE LOADING THE FLT PLAN INTO THE FMS THAT WAS DOWNLOADED TO THE ACFT. ONLY A PARTIAL FLT PLAN WAS DOWNLOADED; AS WE LOOKED OVER THE FLT PLAN WE FOUND THAT G471 TO PANLONG (PLT) WAS NOT LOADED. PLT IS NOT IN THE DATABASE OR IS NOT ON ANY OF OUR CHARTS AT THIS TIME. WE ENTERED PLT AS A LAT/LONG AND VERIFIED THE INFO. AS WE WERE DOING ALL OF THIS NO LESS THAN 6 PEOPLE CAME INTO THE FLT DECK FOR ALL TYPES OF USELESS REASONS. CAPT WILL YOU SIGN FOR THE CATERING; CAPT WILL YOU SIGN FOR THIS AND THAT. WANTING TO CHK THE FUEL ONLY TOOK NO LESS THAN 3 PEOPLE COMING INTO THE FLT DECK AT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES. AS A RESULT OF ALL OF THIS DISTR AFTER WE LOADED THE LAT/LONG FOR PLT WE DID NOT LOAD THE NEXT 2 WAYPOINTS ON THE FLT PLAN XEBUL AND EGEDA; INSTEAD I CLOSED THE DISCONTINUITY LMG DIRECT TO PLT. THIS MISTAKE WAS NOT FOUND UNTIL WE WERE INFLT AND WAS TOLD BY THE CTR TO TURN L TO 090 DEGS; AND WAS ASKED WHERE WE WERE GOING. CTR VECTORED US ON COURSE AND WE REALIZED WHAT WE HAD DONE AND ADDED THE 2 MISSING WAYPOINTS TO THE FLT PLAN. I FELT THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF COMPANY WOULD GIVE US AN OFFICE TO DO OUR PREFLT INSTEAD OF HAVING TO DO THIS IN THE ACFT. NOT FLT PLANNING US ON AIRWAYS THAT ARE NOT ON ANY CHART OR IN THE DATABASE. AND PLEASE; PLEASE KEEP ALL OF THE GND PERSONNEL OUT OF THE FLT DECK. THIS IS VERY DISTRACTING TO THE CREWS AS THEY INTERRUPT US ALL THE TIME. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE PLT VOR HAS APPARENTLY REPLACED THE KOW VOR AND IS ABOUT 2 NM SW OF THE OLD KOW.
