Narrative:

Landed in a failed housing development (no houses were built); but the road was paved. Landed in this area to do rc flying of uav (very remote). While on ground; some cars passed by and police was informed. Police arrived to investigate and then left approximately 30 minutes later. They didn't tell us to leave; they were just investigating the airplane. No criminal activity was found. We left approximately 45 minutes after police when we had concluded our uav flight. We were not forced to leave and the police said we had not broken any laws.
