Narrative:

Departed ZZZ1 and had a return to field with gear door problem. Alternate gear extension uneventful. Swapped to aircraft X for ZZZ1-ZZZ2-ZZZ3. Release was correct for these flts. Departed ZZZ3 for ZZZ4 and 1/2 way there; discovered the release listed another aircraft for that segment. Checked performance for both tail numbers with no penalties. Landed ZZZ4 and contacted dispatch. This event was caused mostly by rushing by all of us -- pilots; dispatch; and stations -- to get the flts back on time.
