Narrative:

Air carrier X flies into sgf several times a day from ZZZ. They check on every day saying that our ATIS appears to be out of service. When asked what frequency they used; they always give the wrong one. I spoke to one of their pilots about it and found out that the charts that their airline uses do not have the current ATIS frequency in them for sgf. Our ATIS frequency changed about 6-8 months ago to 135.125.callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter confirmed problem still exists; even with the latest chart revisions.

Narrative: ACR X FLIES INTO SGF SEVERAL TIMES A DAY FROM ZZZ. THEY CHECK ON EVERY DAY SAYING THAT OUR ATIS APPEARS TO BE OUT OF SERVICE. OUR ATIS FREQUENCY CHANGED ABOUT 6-8 MONTHS AGO TO 135.125.CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR CONFIRMED PROBLEM STILL EXISTS; EVEN WITH THE LATEST CHART REVISIONS.
