Narrative:

The commercial airport chart for lax is not depicted correctly. Our airport chart does not show high speed taxiway ak or an nor does it depict taxiway AC correctly. AC extends from bf to taxiway P. Our chart indicates a break in the AC taxiway from ah to ap which is in error. The NOTAMS state these txwys are now commissioned and when I spoke to the tower via phone and they said it has been this way for approximately 30 days. She asked me the date of my airport chart. I told her and she said there should have been an amendment to this and not to worry about it (filing a report) which I appreciated. Another crew that landed after us indicated the same problem and I had the opportunity to speak to an air carrier Y pilot who overheard our conversation and said they made the same mistake last week and tower told them they were not the first to do so. We exited the high speed ak thinking it was ap (first high speed on the airport chart). Tower told us to taxi AC hold short of an. We could not find an on our chart and I slowed the taxi to a stop and asked the first officer to verify the instructions from the tower. Then the tower came up and told us we had taxied past and to continue AC to P and hold short runway 25R. I was confused and disoriented exiting the high speed with taxi instructions that did not agree with our airport chart.

Narrative: THE COMMERCIAL ARPT CHART FOR LAX IS NOT DEPICTED CORRECTLY. OUR ARPT CHART DOES NOT SHOW HIGH SPEED TXWY AK OR AN NOR DOES IT DEPICT TXWY AC CORRECTLY. AC EXTENDS FROM BF TO TXWY P. OUR CHART INDICATES A BREAK IN THE AC TXWY FROM AH TO AP WHICH IS IN ERROR. THE NOTAMS STATE THESE TXWYS ARE NOW COMMISSIONED AND WHEN I SPOKE TO THE TOWER VIA PHONE AND THEY SAID IT HAS BEEN THIS WAY FOR APPROX 30 DAYS. SHE ASKED ME THE DATE OF MY ARPT CHART. I TOLD HER AND SHE SAID THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN AMENDMENT TO THIS AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT (FILING A REPORT) WHICH I APPRECIATED. ANOTHER CREW THAT LANDED AFTER US INDICATED THE SAME PROBLEM AND I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK TO AN ACR Y PLT WHO OVERHEARD OUR CONVERSATION AND SAID THEY MADE THE SAME MISTAKE LAST WEEK AND TOWER TOLD THEM THEY WERE NOT THE FIRST TO DO SO. WE EXITED THE HIGH SPEED AK THINKING IT WAS AP (FIRST HIGH SPEED ON THE ARPT CHART). TOWER TOLD US TO TAXI AC HOLD SHORT OF AN. WE COULD NOT FIND AN ON OUR CHART AND I SLOWED THE TAXI TO A STOP AND ASKED THE FO TO VERIFY THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE TOWER. THEN THE TOWER CAME UP AND TOLD US WE HAD TAXIED PAST AND TO CONTINUE AC TO P AND HOLD SHORT RWY 25R. I WAS CONFUSED AND DISORIENTED EXITING THE HIGH SPEED WITH TAXI INSTRUCTIONS THAT DID NOT AGREE WITH OUR ARPT CHART.
