Narrative:
ZHU coordinates with monterey center continuously. The 375 dial line and 52 satellite line are OTS and have been for some time now. The 315 shout line has been malfunctioning causing it to ring and interfere with radio and landline communication. Additionally; the increased workload on controllers trying to coordination with mty is causing serious distrs. The sector abutting mty has serious frequency problems; further complicating this situation.

Narrative: ZHU COORDINATES WITH MONTEREY CTR CONTINUOUSLY. THE 375 DIAL LINE AND 52 SATELLITE LINE ARE OTS AND HAVE BEEN FOR SOME TIME NOW.
