Narrative:

Pulled up flight plan for flight. NOTAMS did not show the information concerning ILS OTS or runway closure for construction and displaced threshold. I met the incoming plane; crew; they came in from ZZZ and informed me that in fact those NOTAMS were in fact in their paperwork. Contacted dispatch in-flight (got busy with some maintenance work prior to departure) via free text and he was perplexed as to what happened. Found the NOTAMS and sent them to me. I probably should not have left with what I suspected was incomplete paperwork; if the NOTAMS were messed up what else could be? Key point: how could the system drop this important information out of the flight plan paperwork?
