Narrative:

I took WX for ZZZ. It was saying 7000 ft clg and 10 mi visibility. I took off from backus (7y3) for ZZZ. I headed east since it was clear; but it wasn't clear much ahead. I turned back to head to backus. I had clouds in front of me. I was maintaining VFR all the time. I called the center. Squawked 7700. An aircraft relayed my request to center; and I got cleared to ZZZ airport. I took radar vectors till the final approach course for ILS 34. I had a printed copy of the approach. I made a very safe landing; and center was of great help to me.
