My (first officer) takeoff; at 1000 ft the #1/left engine fuel clog light illuminated along with ECAM alert. I flew while captain did the checklist items. I reduced the throttles and the warning went out. Emergency declared with approach. Dispatch notified. Captain took landing. Overweight landing at 319800 pounds. Emergency declared due to overweight landing. Flight landed uneventfully.
