Narrative:

Departing ZZZ B767-300; weight 365000 pounds; stabilizer 3.8; takeoff. ATIS had winds 33025g29-A2971 at XA51Z-31017 A2976. The ATIS just after takeoff 34019g28 A2980. Made a maximum power takeoff due to rising baro and winds. Takeoff was normal till just after rotation when we encountered a loss of airspeed and stagnation of vertical airspeed. On gear retraction; tailskid light stayed on. Tower asked if everything was all right; which led me to check the pressurization which was ok. Checking with flight attendants in back they reported a brief loud squeal. We called dispatch for tailskid dn fuel numbers along with a phone patch to maintenance. Flight was normal and tailskid light went out in-flight. On ground skid showed scrape on the very bottom.
