Narrative:

FYI -- aircraft communication loss with company. No satvoice nor data link; intermittent HF communication with ldoc. At XA04Z; IRS went into a split operation at N84 W124. Satvoice and data link returned at approximately ramel intersection. Too much airspace without company communication. Polar 2 route should never be assigned to polar route flight plans. Polar 3 is barely able to maintain communication link with company.
