Narrative:

After completing a normal preflight; I signed the load plan and left my seat to close the main deck cargo door. I then noticed that the left wing was being deiced. We had not been notified of the intent to deice and the deice checklist had not been completed. (The aircraft was not prepared for the application of fluid.) we quickly secured the packs and the APU bleed but the cockpit was already filling with smoke. We then got several ECAM warnings including the main deck smoke warning. We opened windows and doors for ventilation. I called ramp control and requested fire trucks. The smoke quickly dissipated. We exited the aircraft and then coordinated with emergency personnel. The acp on duty removed us from the flight. I made 2 logbook entries and we secured the cockpit.
