Narrative:

Filed and cleared valdi UL621 roe UN983 elpol UN195 adlar (polish airspace). On available en route charts there is no UN195. Also; the FMC legs UN983 from roe 129 degrees for 16 NM to amror 130 degrees 25 NM to elpol. The en route chart from roe 119 degrees 16 NM to kolob 135 degrees 25 NM to elpol. Dispatch was notified en route. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that he has not been back on this routing since he recorded this event. However; there have been several navigation database cycles since this experience and he would assume a correction has been made since the route is a frequently traveled. He did note additionally that there seems to be an increase in database errors particularly in europe.

ALSO; THE FMC LEGS UN983 FROM ROE 129 DEGS FOR 16 NM TO AMROR 130 DEGS 25 NM TO ELPOL. THE ENRTE CHART FROM ROE 119 DEGS 16 NM TO KOLOB 135 DEGS 25 NM TO ELPOL. DISPATCH WAS NOTIFIED ENRTE. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE REPORTER STATED THAT HE HAS NOT BEEN BACK ON THIS ROUTING SINCE HE RECORDED THIS EVENT. HOWEVER; THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL NAV DATABASE CYCLES SINCE THIS EXPERIENCE AND HE WOULD ASSUME A CORRECTION HAS BEEN MADE SINCE THE ROUTE IS A FREQUENTLY TRAVELED. HE DID NOTE ADDITIONALLY THAT THERE SEEMS TO BE AN INCREASE IN DATABASE ERRORS PARTICULARLY IN EUROPE.
