Narrative:

A large volume of aircraft departed dab; with no plan to accommodate the extra workload for a planned event -- propeller aircraft were being departed in front of high performance turbojets with no speeds set on anyone. There was no realistic plan by anyone to accommodate any of these aircraft; which is a yearly event; ZJX or daytona approach. When I asked for help; because management did not know there was a race departing; I received a radar assistant (a trainee) when I should have received a radar certified controller. Supervisor never even came over to assess the situation. No planes were involved in any separation issues; but the entire situation was unsafe due to poor planning by whatever organizations are responsible.
