Narrative:
Departure off pbi landing 07FA did not automatic-flash to the appropriate sector at mia approach. I had to recall the handoff and manually hand off aircraft to the correct scope. This is a continuous problem at pbi. It will eventually lead to an error or accident.

Title: PBI TRACON CTLR VOICED CONCERN REGARDING THE AUTOMATED HDOF FEATURE TO MIA TRACON; CITING FAILED AUTO HDOFS.
Narrative: DEP OFF PBI LNDG 07FA DID NOT AUTO-FLASH TO THE APPROPRIATE SECTOR AT MIA APCH. I HAD TO RECALL THE HDOF AND MANUALLY HAND OFF ACFT TO THE CORRECT SCOPE. THIS IS A CONTINUOUS PROB AT PBI. IT WILL EVENTUALLY LEAD TO AN ERROR OR ACCIDENT.
