Narrative:
I was transitioning from my flare to the landing phase; when the nose gear contacted the runway before the mains; pushing the aircraft back into the air. I corrected by establishing a takeoff attitude and added power. The aircraft did not respond and it recontacted the ground with the nose gear; at which time the propeller struck the runway; the nose gear collapsed and the tire blew out. I incurred no injuries.
