Narrative:

Red flags at eddf with regard to ground operations. Number 1 item: the commercial chart page at eddf is unsat and creates a major hazard and distraction; in the past it was a foldout page -- like ord or sfo and was fine; commercial chart company has created a problem in printing the page on a small single page format -- necessary information is missing or too small to be easily read in low light conditions; also this is the worst layout of chart pages on the planet. This results in major confusion; distraction and loss of situational awareness; bad enough with good visibility. But just add low visibility and things get critical very fast. If preventing runway incursions and ground accidents is important this situation needs immediate attention.
