On descent on downwind at flaps 11 degrees and approximately 10000 ft right hydraulic press low light illuminated. Right hydraulic fluid quantity gauge went to zero. Declared an emergency; leveled at 6000 ft and vectored for an extended final. Completed left or right hydraulic pressure low light and left or right hydraulic low or decreasing checklists. Manually extended gear. Landed. Maintenance was called and came out to secure the gear doors and pin the gear. Towed into the gate.
