Narrative:

Vectoring IFR aircraft for approachs to crossing ILS's did not have vertical separation when aircraft paths were to cross. A combination of circumstances including: working 9TH day out of last 10 while training most of the time. Tfr in effect forcing IFR and VFR traffic into an already busy sector. Loss of waiver allowing simultaneous instrument approachs at mco and orl (we needed to force IFR aircraft low to get the visual approach avoiding the need to sequence with mco traffic. Crossing ILS approachs at ism and orl when both arrs are being forced down for procedures and sectorization.
