Narrative:

We were told to taxi to runway 4 at K1 for an intersection departure. As we were taxiing we were told to fly heading 150 degrees for vectors on departure. We moved the heading bug from 039 degrees; runway heading; to 150 degrees. As we started the turn onto K1 we were cleared for takeoff. Being the PNF I had my head down completing line-up checks and failed to notice the PF lined up on runway 35; which intersects runway 4 at K1. Upon application of takeoff power ATC told us to stop and we performed a low speed abort; exited the runway and taxied back to runway 4. We departed runway 4 with no further issues. Factors which led to error: failure to assess possibility of confusion by careful analysis of airport chart. PNF having head down during critical phase of taxi. Heading bug not set to runway heading. Raas system did not annunciate runway position as aircraft was on 2 runways simultaneously. No runway numbers in view as departing was commenced from an intersection.

Title: DISTRACTED BY RECONFIGURATION OF AVIONICS; FLT CREW OF MLG BEGINS TKOF ROLL OFF RWY 35 VICE 04 AS CLEARED. FLT CREW EXECUTED A LOW SPD ABORT.

Narrative: WE WERE TOLD TO TAXI TO RWY 4 AT K1 FOR AN INTXN DEP. AS WE WERE TAXIING WE WERE TOLD TO FLY HDG 150 DEGS FOR VECTORS ON DEP. WE MOVED THE HDG BUG FROM 039 DEGS; RWY HDG; TO 150 DEGS. AS WE STARTED THE TURN ONTO K1 WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF. BEING THE PNF I HAD MY HEAD DOWN COMPLETING LINE-UP CHKS AND FAILED TO NOTICE THE PF LINED UP ON RWY 35; WHICH INTERSECTS RWY 4 AT K1. UPON APPLICATION OF TKOF PWR ATC TOLD US TO STOP AND WE PERFORMED A LOW SPD ABORT; EXITED THE RWY AND TAXIED BACK TO RWY 4. WE DEPARTED RWY 4 WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES. FACTORS WHICH LED TO ERROR: FAILURE TO ASSESS POSSIBILITY OF CONFUSION BY CAREFUL ANALYSIS OF ARPT CHART. PNF HAVING HEAD DOWN DURING CRITICAL PHASE OF TAXI. HDG BUG NOT SET TO RWY HDG. RAAS SYS DID NOT ANNUNCIATE RWY POS AS ACFT WAS ON 2 RWYS SIMULTANEOUSLY. NO RWY NUMBERS IN VIEW AS DEPARTING WAS COMMENCED FROM AN INTXN.
