Narrative:

I was in #2 airplane on northwest end of runway; stopped. #1 pilot and plane were in southeast end of runway. #1 pilot claims I took off under him; which I did not; until he had passed overhead; approximately 300 ft high AGL. Did not see him on runway until I did 180 degree turn on northwest end of runway. Seen his landing light flashing so gave him an on off of my landing light to show him I'd seen him and to go ahead and takeoff. I did not move off runway and waited until he passed overhead at approximately 300 ft AGL.
