Narrative:

I was directed by management to accomplish metered water servicing of a live trip. There are no approved procedures available to accomplish this task. The meter I was told to use; specifically displays that it is uncalibrated and it does not bear any sanitary certifications and its storage methods are unknown. This task went undocumented in the aircraft log; ETOPS; or maintenance write-up paperwork due to the fact that no published procedures are available that provide for documentation steps to be followed. A water slip was not issued to the flight crew.
