Narrative:

I was assigned to perform l-hand and r-hand engine wash card. I was to operate the aircraft from the left seat. I checked both engine intakes for FOD after the wash spray nozzles were installed for wash. We towed the aircraft to the wash rack and performed the wash and removed the equipment. Then we moved the aircraft to the blast fence and performed the run per the wash card. When I reported to work the next day I was told the l-hand engine ingested FOD. Supplemental information from acn 753823: I assigned my crew to do engine wash cards. Test lines (engine wash cart lines) were installed on both left and right engines; prior to leaving the hangar. We accomplished both work cards in a safe and proper fashion. I left work at a normal time; with no knowledge of anything being wrong. When arriving at work the following night; I was informed that FOD was ingested in the left engine.
