Narrative:
Mia FSS has once again 'lost' another IFR flight plan. Aircraft X filed IFR from sef to ZZZ and when he called for his flight nothing was stored. I personally observe 2 or 3 of these a day! I run out of time to file all these reports.

Narrative: MIA FSS HAS ONCE AGAIN 'LOST' ANOTHER IFR FLT PLAN. ACFT X FILED IFR FROM SEF TO ZZZ AND WHEN HE CALLED FOR HIS FLT NOTHING WAS STORED. I PERSONALLY OBSERVE 2 OR 3 OF THESE A DAY! I RUN OUT OF TIME TO FILE ALL THESE RPTS.
