Narrative:

Inadvertent altitude deviation. PF single pilot; non scheduled operator. I programmed the KLN90B from ZZZ1 to ZZZ and armed the autoplt for 15500 ft. During initial climb; I fell asleep and aircraft did not capture altitude preselect. This has been an issue with the honeywell autoplt and requires monitoring; which of course I was not. I awoke at FL255 and immediately began a descending 90 degree turn to clear class a airspace and continued to ZZZ. A possible contributing factor was our company policy of preprogramming the landing airfield's pressure setting into the pressurization system pre-selector instead of actual altitude climbing to; as per operating handbook due to frequency of short leg flts.
