Narrative:
A C182/U filed IFR. Once again; miami flight service 'lost' a filed IFR flight plan. This is a daily occurrence at pbi and our satellite airports. I personally hear from pilots 2 or 3 times a day complaining about their flight plans not being stored.

Narrative: A C182/U FILED IFR. ONCE AGAIN; MIAMI FLT SVC 'LOST' A FILED IFR FLT PLAN. THIS IS A DAILY OCCURRENCE AT PBI AND OUR SATELLITE ARPTS. I PERSONALLY HEAR FROM PLTS 2 OR 3 TIMES A DAY COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR FLT PLANS NOT BEING STORED.
