Narrative:
Shortly after gear extension we started getting EICAS cautions from system related to and including the loss of the center hydraulic system. The copilot completed the checklists and I decided to continue the approach to a landing since the gear was down and the flaps fully extended. After landing I was able to clear the runway and position the aircraft in a nearby holding area. The nose steering had deteriorated; so I requested and received a tow to the gate.
