Narrative:

I was controling aircraft #2 inbound to btv. #1 departed btv head-on with aircraft #2. I vectored aircraft #2 away from aircraft #1; coordination the heading with btv approach control. Btv instructed me to turn aircraft #2 to a 360 degree heading back toward aircraft #1. Separation was lost.
