Narrative:
Twice during the morning arrival bank air carrier at mem; arriving aircraft; (aircraft X) cleared to land on runway 36R as same call sign (aircraft Y) called ready for departure holding short of taxiway 36C. Shortly thereafter; aircraft Z landing runway 36L at mem; same call sign aircraft west departed runway 36C nebound and did not automatic-acquire on the radar scope. Aircraft acquired only after arrival aircraft had landed.

Narrative: TWICE DURING THE MORNING ARR BANK ACR AT MEM; ARRIVING ACFT; (ACFT X) CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 36R AS SAME CALL SIGN (ACFT Y) CALLED READY FOR DEP HOLDING SHORT OF TXWY 36C. SHORTLY THEREAFTER; ACFT Z LNDG RWY 36L AT MEM; SAME CALL SIGN ACFT W DEPARTED RWY 36C NEBOUND AND DID NOT AUTO-ACQUIRE ON THE RADAR SCOPE. ACFT ACQUIRED ONLY AFTER ARR ACFT HAD LANDED.
