Local management at ZZZ has in recent weeks told mechanics that trips will be removed from the schedule if mechanics keep writing up ETOPS checks. On jun/xa/07 I was removed from a trip plus 2 other mechanics assigned to it because they didn't want me to write up any lightning strikes.

Narrative: LCL MGMNT AT ZZZ HAS IN RECENT WKS TOLD MECHS THAT TRIPS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE SCHEDULE IF MECHS KEEP WRITING UP ETOPS CHKS. ON JUN/XA/07 I WAS REMOVED FROM A TRIP PLUS 2 OTHER MECHS ASSIGNED TO IT BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT ME TO WRITE UP ANY LIGHTNING STRIKES.
