Narrative:

On takeoff aircraft nose gear had bad vibration which had been written up 6 prior times in last week. It was bad enough that during the course of the flight after discussion we decided that the prudent thing to do was declare emergency on arrival to ZZZ 'just in case.' no problems encountered on landing; aircraft taken OTS for repairs. Aircraft should have been taken OTS earlier. First officer did great job.
