Narrative:

TEB5 departure. I read (memorized) the departure procedure at least 4 times. Climbed on runway heading to 1500 ft. Turned 280 degrees and continued to 2000 ft before 4.5 NM. Completely blew the departure. No traffic conflict. Fatigue and hour of the day likely cause of my error.
