Narrative:

Tampa fueler added unplanned additional fuel on our aircraft in the center tank. Once the error was noted; weight adjustments were made on the load sheet. We took off with more than 1000 pounds in the center tank and the main tanks were not full. Pay more attention to the fuel situation when planned fuel does not match the actual fuel load.

Title: FUELER ADDS FUEL TO CENTER TANK OF B737-300 WITH LESS THAN FULL MAIN TANKS.

Narrative: TAMPA FUELER ADDED UNPLANNED ADDITIONAL FUEL ON OUR ACFT IN THE CTR TANK. ONCE THE ERROR WAS NOTED; WT ADJUSTMENTS WERE MADE ON THE LOAD SHEET. WE TOOK OFF WITH MORE THAN 1000 LBS IN THE CTR TANK AND THE MAIN TANKS WERE NOT FULL. PAY MORE ATTN TO THE FUEL SITUATION WHEN PLANNED FUEL DOES NOT MATCH THE ACTUAL FUEL LOAD.
