Narrative:

During takeoff; landing gear did not retract. Followed QRH and retracted landing gear. After turn outbound at approximately 5000 ft; landing gear air-ground failure cas message illuminated. Less than 1 min later; engine #1 and #2 reverser disagreement message illuminated. Followed QRH and executed diversion to iad. Contacted dispatch and maintenance control to address operational. Issues. Normal landing in iad.
