Narrative:

ECAM message: G lo level. Accomplished ECAM items; referenced flight manual. Advised dispatch deviating. Flight attendants briefed and agreed they should give passenger a cabin advisory. Accomplished all checklist and requested long final to runway. Landed uneventfully; and was towed into gate by maintenance. Supplemental information from acn 735264: I SELCAL'ed the flight and attempted to make voice contact with the crew. After several attempts; I still could not raise them on the frequency. Due to the lack of communication and operational control; dispatch declared an emergency with ATC. Dispatch also declared an alert (company internal) and requested emergency equipment to be rolled out. After the aircraft blocked into a gate; the captain contacted dispatch and explained how the flight crew attempted to contact dispatch but for an unknown reason were unsuccessful.
