Narrative:

A spare aircraft was not available to allow the aircraft with the suspected leak to situation to allow for proper troubleshooting without taking cancellations and delays; and was allowed to continue with revenue flts. Aircraft X is suspected to have an oxygen leak; when I brought up concerns about allowing the aircraft to continue to fly with a suspected leak without being inspected; I was told not to worry about it and the plane will term the next evening. I was also told to have the oxygen svced to keep the pressure up to forgo maintenance calls by the crews. The aircraft was allowed to fly revenue with a possible discrepancy without being properly inspected. Proper actions have not been taken at this time. When an aircraft is suspected to have an oxygen leak it should be properly inspected when the leak is suspected; and should not fly revenue until the leak is located or confirmed non existent. Crew safety should not be compromised because a spare aircraft is not available to cover flts.

Title: A CL600 ACFT WAS RELEASED AND CONTINUED IN SERVICE FOR REVENUE FLIGHT WITH A KNOWN OXYGEN LEAK CONDITION WITHOUT ANY DOCUMENTATION.

Narrative: A SPARE ACFT WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO ALLOW THE ACFT WITH THE SUSPECTED LEAK TO SIT TO ALLOW FOR PROPER TROUBLESHOOTING WITHOUT TAKING CANCELLATIONS AND DELAYS; AND WAS ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH REVENUE FLTS. ACFT X IS SUSPECTED TO HAVE AN OXYGEN LEAK; WHEN I BROUGHT UP CONCERNS ABOUT ALLOWING THE ACFT TO CONTINUE TO FLY WITH A SUSPECTED LEAK WITHOUT BEING INSPECTED; I WAS TOLD NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT AND THE PLANE WILL TERM THE NEXT EVENING. I WAS ALSO TOLD TO HAVE THE OXYGEN SVCED TO KEEP THE PRESSURE UP TO FORGO MAINT CALLS BY THE CREWS. THE ACFT WAS ALLOWED TO FLY REVENUE WITH A POSSIBLE DISCREPANCY WITHOUT BEING PROPERLY INSPECTED. PROPER ACTIONS HAVE NOT BEEN TAKEN AT THIS TIME. WHEN AN ACFT IS SUSPECTED TO HAVE AN OXYGEN LEAK IT SHOULD BE PROPERLY INSPECTED WHEN THE LEAK IS SUSPECTED; AND SHOULD NOT FLY REVENUE UNTIL THE LEAK IS LOCATED OR CONFIRMED NON EXISTENT. CREW SAFETY SHOULD NOT BE COMPROMISED BECAUSE A SPARE ACFT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO COVER FLTS.
