Narrative:

Once again; another B737 with paint peeling in the critical rvsm area; causing it to have the cf limitation of FL280 and below. This creates additional preflight duties and limits the efficiency of the operation. It can cause potential safety issues associated with icing; turbulence and convective activity. These issues did not affect this flight; but have in the past with another aircraft non-rvsm; due to paint peeling. One aircraft has had this limitation since mar/xa/07. The appearance of our aircraft is non-professional and doesn't represent quality and safety. The paint issue needs to become an operational and safety priority.
